TS Global Metal Co., Ltd., a professional aluminum remelt plant. TSGM locates in the Yunlin Technology Industrial Park, began continuing Hydro Taiwan remelting plant and its business in October 2012. TSGM has the most advanced remelting technology and management in producing high-quality alloys and acquired ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949 certificates.
TSGM has two production lines which include two 13ton melting furnaces and two 25ton melting furnaces and one melting and holding furnace. Thanks to the Electromagnetic Stirring technology, aluminum alloy is drastically upgraded due to the perfect temperature uniformity and chemical composition of the fluid aluminum. TSGM also uses STAS’s degassing system ACD to ensure customers with low hydrogen levels in our alloys. Three 35ton homogenizing furnaces with 68,000 metric tons potential could adjust homogenizing conditions of different alloys to perfectly uniform metallurgical properties.
